In addition to hosting health-focused events and educational programs throughout the year, the hospital proudly invests in the future of our community by offering annual scholarships to graduating seniors at both Destrehan High School and Hahnville High School.
St. Charles Parish Hospital also partners with local food banks, shelters and community organizations to help provide access to food and essential items for individuals and families in need. Through these ongoing efforts, the hospital remains dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the community it serves—both inside and outside its walls.
Facility Improvements
To support our growing team and advanced service lines, we are aggressively renovating and expanding our facilities in Luling and Destrehan. These structural investments are designed with the patient experience in mind. They will create modern, healing environments that increase our capacity for specialized care while streamlining access. By upgrading our clinical spaces and expanding our footprint, we are ensuring that our physical infrastructure is as cutting-edge as the medical technology and expertise we provide. This reflects our long-term commitment to the health and vitality of St. Charles Parish.
